What forms of payment does Leafling® accept?
Leafling® accepts Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express all securely through paypal.
Upon checking out, you will be taken to a secure PayPal page where you can either sign in with your paypal account or click the “Don’t have a Paypal Account?” link on the left of the page to pay with a credit card.
How long does it take you to prepare an item?
Processing time is normally 5 working days
What delivery methods can you provide?
With Magyar Posta. For the successful delivery we ask you to provide us exact and valid shipping address and contact details, including phone number, emai address where the delivery personel can reach you during working hours.
What delivery methods can you provide?
FedEx International Priority services will be used for shipping your order to your home. The shipping charges paid by you in advance will cover one full export process, including two delivery attempts to the address you provided us at the time of your order.

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes. military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico), Brazil and Russia.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I gave a wrong shipping address, what can I do now?
If you order has not been shipped yet, please email us your shipping address as soon as possible.
If your order was already shipped, modification in delivery data a will cause extra charges to be covered by you and delay in delivery.
How do I know that my order was shipped? Can I track my order?
We will send you a shipping notification email via FedEx that will inclde your tracking nr and an estimated delivery time.
When can I get free delivery?
If your purchase exceeds 150 EUR we provide free delivery to select countries.
I didn’t receive my order. What to do now?
You have to receive your order 3-6 business days after your shipping notification email was sent. Please call FedEx with the tracking number we provided and scheadule a delivery with them.
Can I exchange the bag I ordered or ask for a refund?
If the bag was not worn/used, you have 14 days from the purchase to send them back. Please email us your refund request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the manner in which they were received: folded properly, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached and it must also be in the original packaging. Sorry, we can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn. If we find that the bags have already been used, we cannot replace them and we cannot give a refund.
Replacement or refund does not apply to products on sale or custom items!

Does Gabriella and Adam really handmake each bag?
Yes, yes we really do. Every pattern is design is cut, and sewed together and completed by us in our home studio in Budapest. Because these items are handmade, small inconsistencies is part of the natural process and are not flaws but rather beautiful unique touches to each individual garment.
What is the difference between the two fabric choices?
The majority of our bags is made of CORDURA® waterproof fabric manufactured in Germany.
Original ballistic weave developed for military body armor
Densely woven, high-strength nylon fabric.
Exceptional abrasion, tear and puncture resistance
Designed for maximum durability and long-lasting performance
Factory coated with a sprayed on, Polyurethane coating on one side.
We also use Oxford Waterproof fabric wich is a cheaper version of the above Cordura. Despite being inferior to Cordura it is a strong waterproof fabric frequently used in bag manufacturing.
This one is manufactured in China.
If your bag gets dirty, don’t machine wash it. A simple swipe with a damp sponge or a soft bristle brush should be the most cleaning your bag needs. If necessary use a mild detergent to help clean up any spills or messes. Air dry only.
Gift wrapping and packaging:
All orders ship in a clear cello bag and recycled/recycle-able padded pack or box.
If you’re purchasing an items as a gift, and would like to send along a note please feel free to type the desired message in the Notes to Seller field during checkout. Also let us know if you would like the invoice left out of the packaging.
Custom and personalized orders:
At this time we do not accommodate custom requests.
