We ship worldwide, orders shipped from Hungary. Items will be shipped in 5 business days after purchase. You will receive a notification email when your order was shipped.
Domestic orders are shipped via Hungarian Post.
International orders are shipped via FedEx.
Tracking is provided for all orders.

Important! We are UNABLE TO SHIP to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico), Canada territories (i.e Yukon, Northwest Territories), Russia, Brazil, and other countries.
Approximate delivery time:
1 to 6 business days.
Please note, that customs can delay delivery at any time, but especially during Christmas Season.
When can I get free delivery?
If your purchase exceeds 150 EUR we provide free delivery to EU1, USA, and Hungary.
What delivery methods can you provide?
Domestic orders ( within Hungary ) are shipped via Magyar Posta, as a registered parcel.
International Orders wll be shipped using FedEx International Priority services for shipping your order to your home. The shipping charges paid by you in advance will cover one full export process, including two delivery attempts to the address you provided us at the time of your order.
IMPORTANT! For the successful delivery we ask you to provide us exact and valid shipping address and contact details, including phone number, emai address where the delivery personel can reach you during working hours.
Modification in delivery dataafter the shipping notification was sent will cause extra charges to be covered by you and delay in delivery.
Is cash on delivery an option?
Not yet, but we would like to introduce this option in the future.
How do I know that my order was shipped?
We will send you a shipping notification email via FedEx (for international orders) / Hungarian Post (for domestic orders) that will include your tracking nr.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we always provide tracking number.
I didn’t receive my order. What to do now?
With express shipping you have to receive your order in max 6 business days after your shipping notification email was sent. If you did not receive the parcel within this time frame please call your local FedEx office with the tracking number we provide.
Fees, taxes, duties
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. We are not responsible for any additional charges that can arise during importing items from Leafling® to your country.
Can I exchange the bag or ask for a refund?
If the bags are not used /worn you have 14 days from the delivery to replace or send them back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the manner in which they were received: folded properly, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached and it must also be in the original packaging, invoce and return form included. Sorry, we can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn.
Replacement or refund does not apply to gift cards and products on sale!
Do you refund shipping costs?
We refund your original shipping cost, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you return products you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
In case of the items get sent back (with “addressee unknown” or similar reasons) we have to apply an additional 16 Euro fee to resend it and these additional fees are not refundable if you later choose to return your items.
To complete your return, you must email email@example.com with the subject line “Return Request” and fill out our Return Form.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
